I still remember that particular day.
We were talking about Vitagen, and how it's impossible to get it here in the UK - oh trust me, I checked on both Amazon & eBay, they've not heard about Vitagen.. Both UK AND US sites.. Noobs - and the next thing I know, we (Zayana, Ashley and I) were in Tesco buying Actimel because apparently according to Zayana it is "the nearest thing we've got to Vitagen".
I think it took me almost a week or so before I decided to try my first Actimel (I caved in to the Vitagen need okay!) and I thought it was the most vile thing I put in my mouth, okay, second most vile thing - the most vile thing I've put in my mouth (up to that day, because this happened before my yaki soba incident) was this Boost Juice drink that consisted of lemon juice and orange juice. It was so masam

Anyways, note to others out there: DO NOT drink Actimel right after you brush your teeth.
Last Saturday/Sunday I wanted a sour drink again, so I decided to take one of Zayana's Actimel, and that was when I found love.
We officially ran out of Actimel on Monday and I willing dragged my bottom - hehehe, bottom *insert Minion here* - to Tesco to get it and, THERE WASN'T ANY >(
Anyways Tesco stocked up on their Actimel and well, today I had 3 bottles of Actimel already. I thought to myself, "Is there a limit for your daily intake of this thing?" because Surin said if you drink too much Vitagen, it'll become a laxative..
So I read the package and I did not found the answer I was looking for, instead I found something MUCH better..
"Actimel contains Vitamin B6 & C that helps reducing tiredness and fatigue"
I AM ALWAYS TIRED AND FEELING FATIGUE!!!!! I need this thing.

You guys have Red Bull and what not, I have my yoghurt drink to help me stay awake more okay!
p/s: This is what I got for my question,
I take that as a "No Aisya, you can never have too much Actimel, go and have your 4th bottle after this if you want".
