Quickie

I am spending/spent most of this week just travelling. Tomorrow insyAllah I will be making my trip to London for the third time in the span of less than 7 days.. Ya Allah, please let my journey be a safe one, aminnnn.

Anyways, regarding my second trip to London...

I left the house about 9.45AM because I had to print my train tickets and take a passport size photo at the station. I was still early even after all that so while waiting to board the train, I had breakfast. Someway somehow it was like I knew that was the only meal I was going to have for the rest of the day until I'm done with my trip because I had a pretty heavy breakfast that morning (which I normally don't). Texted my (extended) family Whatsapp group because well, you can never have too much luck on your side now can you? But of course, it wouldn't be my family without a little trolling once in awhile..

Ahahahahahahaha! I love my family, I do :") Even if we know too much about each other's personal business..

... My mother talks too much sometimes -_-'

Anyways, 2 hours and 10 minutes later I arrived in London and dashed my way to Knightsbridge and then London Bridge. By 6PM I was done, and I had to run to the tube station because my train was at 6.25PM and the train station was 6 minutes tube ride away. .. Another Amazing Race/completely nerve wrecking moment for me.. Thank God this time I was in flats, saved my leg the agony.

Missed my train by 5 minutes and because I had to buy another train ticket and considering I was starving after all I had to go through on that day and the last week and a half, I got myself some Godiva biscuits. Hehe *peace*. To be fair this box of chocolates reminds me of my brother and how we would always fight for the last piece. I was homesick k!

In the train I texted Pisang to check up on her (also because I wanted to order in for dinner and needed someone to order with me to get delivery) because we were apart for a whole day..

Clingy Level: Melampau. *peace*

While I was on the train, this man was sitting in front of me and he was solving a Sudoku puzzle on his newspaper. A not so known fact about me is that I actually like playing Sudoku. I used to have a book of Sudoku puzzles. I learned it from my Dad how to play and we would fight to solve a puzzle sometimes. But most of the time we would sit next to each other solving puzzles after puzzles. It was one of my favourite things to do with my Dad during holidays/family time.

So back to the man, he reached his station but instead of bringing his newspaper with him, he just left it there on the table. So once the train moved again, I took the paper and continued finishing the puzzle :p Whaaat, he was barely half-way through.. Kesian those empty boxes okay! The next thing I knew I finished two puzzles..

Couldn't finish the third/last one because I got motion sickness after that. :(

Reached Sheffield, had dinner with Banana and then slept like a baby til 11AM the next day (today) :D

And that's how my quick trip to London went.
