2014 Wishlist

tumblr_mymri8e6ts1s3n8i2o1_500

When the 5S came out, all I wanted was the gold iPhone 5S. It was so gorgeous, in pictures. -.- I saw it real life and I'm like, heyyyyy it's not as "yellow" as it looked in photos!

Hence why I chose to stick to my iPhone 4 til the next iPhone comes out. But then with the rate of my phone lagging on a daily basis, not to mention it's depreciating battery life AND how superb the camera for iPhone 5/5S is, tak gold enough pun boleh lahhh.

Unfortunately for me I am already at THAT age where I can no longer depends on my parents money wise. Okay fine, technically for now I still can, but in 6-12 months, I have to say bye-bye to my "FAMA sponsorship" :(

Me: Mummy, my phone is dying.. I need a new phone wanna buy me a new phone? :D

Mummy: Beli sendiri.

-______-' Foine.

Therefore in 2014, I shall save up (No more shopping Aisya Amin!) for my iPhone 5S. Gold ker, white ker, lantak lah as long as it's an upgrade for my phone. Seriously guys, if you're not using an iPhone 5 and beyond, don't bother updating your iOS to iOS7, it lags your phone like shiiiiiiiiit. And unless you're a tech genius, you're left with a laggy phone because you can't revert back to iOS6, haih.

In 2014 I Want (so far):

  • A new phone

  • A room make-over

  • A First-Class degree

  • Beautiful, long, nicely waved hair :p

  • A healthy body weighing at 45kg constantly

  • To go to Harry Potter World & Disney World in Orlando.

  • No more heartbreaks.

I hope I can achieve all this by 31st December 2014. InsyAllah.

Dinner & Waffles

Here's the thing, for the past 3 weeks, every time we I ask Zoe out, she'll always turn me down because "I need to study...." or "Okay, we go out but can we be back by (insert time)?" which basically means we're just gonna go out to eat and then come home. No window shopping, no walking around aimlessly and definitely "No Sya, I have no time to teman you do your hair!" :(

She got her freedom two days ago, and I woke up to a message from her, "Girls, wanna go Bangsar for lunch?" :O

Lunch turned into dinner date for just the two of us since Min was being a bum, I swear my laziness disease is contagious.

Seriously, this girl... Haih..

Me: Can you put aside the whipped cream for the waffles please?

Zoe: No!

Waiter: So... aside or not?

Me: Aside.

Zoe: NO!

Me: Aside, ignore her.

Zoe: Eh look! It's someone's birthday.. We're crashing someone's party, omg. *screams* HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

--

We also did a little bit of shopping (after dinner, prior to desserts). Seriously ZARA is always a bad idea (for my wallet).

Me: Should I get the top..... But then I'll be spending a lot.. Zoe, how much are you spending?

Zoe: (1/3 of the amount I was about to spend)

Me: DAMN IT! Why is it that I always pick the expensive stuffffff? I should be a good girl.. *puts back the top*

What I Wore last night: White shirt from Marks & Spencer, jeans from Primark (I finally got it cut to fit my length, it's nice to have jeans where you don't have to fold the bottom), shoes from ZARA and Ice Ice Baby in Willow headband from Sereni & Shentel.

Damai Laut

Delayed outfit posts, hehe, *peace*

(Sebenarnya I'm just delay-delaying from studying but I don't have time for a long lengthy post but this blog needs an update, or at least I feel like it needs to)

Last week, my family took a short vacay to Damai Laut.

The magnificent view from my room. There's just something about looking at that blue sea that made me feel so calm, subhanAllah.

What I Wore, Day 2: T-Shirt and skirt from ZARA.

Obviously with all the skirts I was wearing, I didn't go near the beach.. They had signs saying "Beware of Jellyfishes" okay! I don't want anybody peeing on me..

Plus, this was basically my standard view throughout the trip..

Wedding Breaker

You gaaaaaaaais..

I

Am

In

Love.

:D

And no, this time it's not with Shah Rukh Khan's character in a movie. Or any other Hindi movie character.

I am in love with Tengku Adam. I fail to remember his full name, nama but God damn it, I am in love. When I met Tengku Adam, I hated him. Down right hate, to a point I wished he'd die. Seriously, "He has no respect for women, no respect for his parents, he should just die". That was what I said about him. But then, as I continued getting to know him, I realise, "Eh, mamat nih comel jugak eh". And then the inevitable happened, and now I love him.

Right, tak payah susah-susah cari who's Tengku Adam on my Facebook ker apa. I will tell you who he is..

Tengku Adam is actually a character from the novel titled, The Wedding Breaker. HEHEHEHEHEHEHE! x) Anyways! Let me continue raving about Adam okay.. See, I have too much free time on my hands agaknya. I watch all kind of dramas, drama Melayu, Bollywood films, cerita P. Ramlee, Spanish Telenovelas, Indonesian Sinterons.. Macam-macam. Anyways, yesterday, a new Malay drama was released, titled, Adriana Rose on TV3. So the drama caught my attention and I found out it was based on the novel The Wedding Breaker. So I Googled the novel, and I found the author's blog, where she started writing the "novel" (it was printed later on).

Jackpot I tell you! "Yes, now I don't have to wait everyday waiting for Adam to get hit by a car or something, woohoo! Ariana will be happy with Harith faster!" was my thoughts when I started reading the chapters, one by one. But then slowly, I ended up liking the guy I wished for him to be dead, aiyaa. And now I find myself rooting for this guy (Go away Harith!), but unfortunately she stopped posting after the 30th chapter, so now, I gotta find the actual printed book to know what happen to them in the end.. (I swear kalau dieorang tak kahwin, the world will not hear the end of it. After Ram-Leela... I cannot deal anymore okay..)

So, tomorrow you guys will see me in bookstores because that's how I'll spend my New Year's Day. (Take a wiiiiild guess how I spent my NYE ;P)

On that note, happy new year everyone! I may or may not do a re-cap post of 2013, but let's all pray for an amazing 2014 for all of us :)

WIWY

Remember this dress? After three months, it finally got to see the living daylight! Okay, moonlight..

What I Wore Yesterday: The Wrap Dress from FV for Downy Mystique collection, exclusively on Fashion Valet and heels from ZARA.

I was rushing so I forgot all my accessories, but not that it matters anyways, because my hair added that extra something to otherwise a pretty plain look.

I love my hairstylist, I do. I hope he stays forever at the salon so that I don't have to find another hairstylist (though that was how I found him, because my old hairstylist moved and her new salon was just too far from where I'm living currently..). See, I used to have this habit of always having a reference picture when I'm getting my hair cut or done. Trust issues I suppose. But with Disksum (my hairstylist, pronounced Dickson), I can just walk in to the salon and sit on the chair and tell him, "I wanna cut my hair short" without showing him any picture and letadaaaa! I love my short hair! He'll always ask me, "Do you want fringe?" "Do you want more layers?" and because I trust him THAT much my standard reply to him is always, "Up to you". He must think I don't have an opinion of my own or something lol.

Anyways, same thing when I decided to get my hair done with the wedding. I couldn't be bothered to find a picture of how I want my up-do to be like, I just showed him what I was going to wear and let him do his job. I walked out of the salon without seeing properly how the back of my hair looked like (again, rushing). I was at the wedding and asked Raema to take a picture of my hair and my first reaction was, "Ahhhhhh, so THAT's how it looks like from the back..."

And then I declared my love for my hairstylist silently after seeing the photos.
